Conference Registration Fees (in $Cdn):
- $200 + HST $30 = $230 before September 15, 2010
- $240 + HST $36 = $276 after September 15, 2010
- $125 + HST $18.75 = $143.75 for Ph.D. or M.B.A. student
- $60 + HST $9 = $69 for undergraduate student
- $50 + HST $6.50 = $56.50 for spouse/companion (to attend Friday reception and Saturday dinner)
- Your registration fee includes Friday evening reception, Saturday breakfast and luncheon, Saturday evening dinner and coffee breaks and Sunday breakfast.
